License Agreement
By obtaining or downloading Labyrinth UI (including any complimentary versions), you consent to abide by the stipulations of this license agreement. This document outlines your permissible and restricted uses of the files acquired post-purchase.
Thank you for visiting Labyrinth UI ("the Proprietor," "we," "us," or "our"). Labyrinth UI operates as a registered entity under Inovativa Solutions Ltd. This licensing agreement applies to the Labyrinth UI (Penpot UI kit) product accessible on our digital platform.
In Brief
You are authorized to utilize both the FREE and PRO editions of Labyrinth UI for an unlimited number of projects, whether for personal endeavors or client engagements. This encompasses commercial ventures (such as websites, applications, and software), client assignments, and personal undertakings. Your acquisition or download of Labyrinth UI signifies your acceptance of the ensuing licensing terms.
Prohibitions
You are NOT permitted to:
Sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer rights to the files or assets contained within them (in their original or modified state). This explicitly includes participation in "group buys."
Integrate any of the files or assets into a UI kit, library, template, or framework (including for other software and frameworks).
Disseminate or publish the files or assets online, or grant access to them to other users (unless a license has been procured).
In essence, exercise good faith: do not share the files with unlicensed individuals, and refrain from replicating or incorporating them into another template or product. We have released fully free version of product with the hope that you will find them beneficial.
Defining a "User"
A "user" is defined as any individual within your organization or professional team who utilizes the Labyrinth UI files, either as a direct editor or as a consumer of a library of published components.
You may only share access to the Penpot files or a published Penpot library with your team members if you have secured a PRO SINGLE or PRO TEAM license.

Comprehensive Licensing Agreement
By acquiring or downloading Labyrinth UI (including the free version) ("the Item"), you are granted a license to employ this file for specific purposes under defined conditions.
This license bestows upon the user an ongoing, non-exclusive, global right to utilize the digital work ("the Item").
You are licensed to employ the purchased Item to develop an unlimited number of End Products for your own use or for your clients.
An End Product is characterized as one of the following:
The End Product represents a customized application of the Item. For instance, if the Item is a collection of UI elements, the End Product would be your distinct, finalized website or application design.
Permitted Uses
You are permitted to:
Create an End Product for a client.
Develop an End Product for personal or commercial application.
Combine the Item with other works and generate a derivative work from it. The resulting works remain subject to the terms of this license.
This constitutes a 'multi-use' license, implying that you may employ an Item multiple times across various projects.
Examples of Allowed Usage
Developing websites for personal use or for clients.
Creating web applications or mobile apps for personal use or for clients.
Designing commercial SaaS applications or websites for end users who subscribe to use them.
Building commercial SaaS applications or websites for end users who pay a one-time fee for access.
Utilizing Labyrinth UI as a foundational element for an internal design system for further development.
Strict Prohibitions
You are NOT permitted to:
Share the item link publicly on the web or distribute (e.g., embed) with Penpot public access.
Include any of the Item's design files as-is within the End Product.
Redistribute the Item as stock, within a tool or template, or with source files. This includes using the Item to create a template or library for another platform or software (e.g., Figma, Shopify, Adobe XD, Framer, Webflow, HTML, CSS, React, WordPress, Tailwind, and similar platforms). You may not do this with an Item, either alone or bundled with other items, even if you modify the Item.
Redistribute or make the Item available as-is or with minor modifications. This includes sharing the files with unlicensed users or participating in organized "group buys."
Allow an end user of the End Product to extract the Item and use it independently of the End Product.
Publish the item in your team library or grant editing permissions to others if you purchased an individual license. Please acquire a team license if more than one person will be using the file.
Examples of Usage Not Permitted by the License
Sharing or publishing files or assets contained within the files online or making them publicly accessible.
Sharing files or assets with other users who have not acquired a license.
Organizing or participating in a "group buy" agreement or sharing files as part of such an arrangement.
Selling files or assets contained within the files in any capacity.
Creating a Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Framer version of Labyrinth UI and making it available for free or for sale.
Developing a React, Vue, HTML, Bootstrap, or Tailwind version of Labyrinth UI and making it available for free or for sale.
Producing a UI kit, theme, template, design system, or starter kit using components, designs, assets, images, mockups, or templates from Labyrinth UI (even if modified) and making it available for free or for sale.
Constructing an "app builder" or "website builder" that incorporates components, designs, assets, or templates from Labyrinth UI (even if modified).
In short, you may use Labyrinth UI for any purpose, provided it does not involve creating a competing template or product offered for free or for sale.
Enforcement
The copyright for Labyrinth UI is held by Inovativa Solutions Ltd. You are granted only the permissions explicitly outlined in this license; all other rights are reserved.
Inovativa Solutions Ltd retains the right to revoke licenses and access to files at our discretion if we have reason to believe that deception or unauthorized use outside the scope of this license has occurred.
Inovativa Solutions Ltd reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for any unauthorized use of Labyrinth UI beyond the scope of this license, particularly in cases where assets are employed to create a competing product (e.g., library, UI kit, or templates) or are distributed or sold online (including in "group buys").
By purchasing or downloading Labyrinth UI (including the free versions) ("the Item"), you agree to be financially liable for $10,000 for each individual violation of this license agreement, including instances where files are shared as part of a "group buy." Should your watermarked copy of Labyrinth UI be disseminated online or on a piracy forum, you agree to be held financially liable for each individual download as a distinct offense.
Limitation of Liability
Inovativa Solutions Ltd’s liability to you for any costs, damages, or other losses arising from your use of Labyrinth UI —including third-party claims against you—is restricted to a refund of your purchase.
Inovativa Solutions Ltd shall not be held liable for any consequential damages related to your use of Labyrinth UI.
License Extension
If you wish to expand your license for Labyrinth UI from an single license (one user) to a team license (5 users), or for even more users please contact us at hello@mail.labyrinthui.com.
Returns and Refunds Policy
If you encounter any significant issues with the file, please contact us at hello@mail.labyrinthui.com within 30 days, and we will issue a full refund.
Please note that we cannot issue a refund if you simply change your mind after purchasing, decide not to use the file, or are unfamiliar with Penpot's features. We have full confidence in Labyrinth UI and believe you will appreciate them. However, we urge you to try out the free version of Labyrinth UI and preview the PRO version before purchasing to ensure it aligns with your needs.
IMPORTANT: We reserve the right to decline a refund, especially if you have previously purchased the product, requested a refund, and then re-purchased the product to access updates.
IMPORTANT: We are unable to issue refunds for purchases made via any platform where you have purchased the product.
